Method of submission:  

Interested Companies must submit the information below:

• Completed Intent to Bid Form
• Completed Supplier Information Form
• Company Business Registration Certificate from Corporate Affairs Corporation (CAC)
• Company Tax Clearance Certificate or Tax registration certificate

The above listed documents must be submitted to Mercy Corps by the 18^th of November 2024 11:59pm WAT through email to ng-tenders@mercycorps.org  using the Tender Reference number and category as the email subject

Note: Interested companies may apply for multiple categories if qualified. Separate Applications would be required per category

After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the Request for Bid will be sent to only the suppliers who submitted Intent to Bid Forms. The Request for Bid will be sent according to the preference you have mentioned in the Intent to Bid Form
