Mercy Corps: Request for Quotations (RFQ)

Mercy Corps is seeking Request for Quotations for the following supplies:

Supply of Construction Materials (Aggregates, Cement & Timber Wood & other materials) for a Proposed Four-Span Reinforced Concrete Vehicular Bridge to be delivered to LAU- A Ward, Lau LGA, Taraba State. (RFQ 40D)

Supply of Steel Construction Materials for the Proposed Four-Span Reinforced Concrete Bridge to be delivered to LAU- A Ward, Lau LGA, Taraba State. (RFQ 41D)

Kindly download the BOQ, Information on the works, and RFQ template from Mercy Corps website here and fill and attach all the requested information above.

Note: All requested documents should be emailed to ng-yolquotations@mercycorps.org before 12pm on Tuesday 24th September 2024. Your Email subject should be the RFQ number(s) which you are applying for: RFQ 40D or and RFQ41D.

Interested Companies should submit the following:

Filled, Signed and stamped RFQ template indicating:

Delivery schedule: (How long it will take for you to make the delivery from date of award)
Validity of offer: Price validity should be 1 month and above (showing that your price would remain unchanged until after satisfactory completion of the supply)
Warranty on materials
Origin of Good (If Applicable)
Unit price
Extended price

Company's address, phone number, name and designation of representative, signature, and stamp
CAC Certificate
Recent Tax Clearance Certificate
Evidence (Pos/Contracts/GRN/Completion form) of a similar supply to NGOs, Government bodies or reputable firms

Mercy Corps is a VAT exempted non-Governmental organization; however Mercy Corps will charge withholding Tax of 2% in line with recent Government Regulations in Nigeria.

If a company is owned by, whether directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, any Mercy Corps employee or any person who is related to a Mercy Corps employee, the company must ensure that it and the employee disclose the relationship as part of or prior to submitting the offer.

Bidders who have not satisfactorily delivered MC POs or contracts within the past 3 months would be disqualified
